Thank you for visiting my site. I am Judith Allen, I grew up in Iowa, but I was born and raised for a few years in California. I currently live in Lake Ozark, Missouri after retiring 3 years ago from a corporate executive position in the telecom industry. We relocated 10 times in 20 years living most of the time in Texas and moved from Rockport, Tx. a little art community just to the northeast of Corpus Christi. We loved it there and I found much inspiration from the beautiful coast of Texas but we moved in 2003 to beautiful Ozarks, where I decided to retire. I now spend every day in my lovely studio weaving, felting dyeing most of my own materials. I concentrate my efforts on continuing to create quality and breathtakingly beautiful, luseful, durable textiles, meticulously executed. Each creation is an original design, taken from concept through hand weaving or felting, to finish by the artist.

The versatility, problem solving and excellence in execution create for the buyer an art piece to be exhibited in the home for generations to come. The Nuno-felt clothing is light weight, comfortable, a pleasure to wear, durable and wrinkle resistant. I believe that the clothing "comes to life" when it is on the human body, then and only then does it show it's true 3 dimensional beauty and also it's ability to enhance the beauty of any body form.
